How and When can I join?

Inner Peace Protocol™ is delivered entirely online, and 4 times a year, giving you the flexibility to heal and grow from anywhere.

We run small groups, a maximum of 15 people, so that we can have a meaningful connection and attention to everyone. Although our sessions are designed to be 90 minutes long, as trauma-informed coaching, we focus on delivering the best for our coaches, so we may extend to 120 minutes when needed.

01. Delivery

All sessions are conducted online via Zoom in a live group setting, ensuring accessibility and interactive learning no matter where you are.

02. Timeline

The program runs over 9 weeks, with one 90-minute session each week. Sessions include a blend of teaching, guided exercises, guided meditation, and group reflection.

03. Extras and support

📘 Materials & Tools
Participants receive downloadable worksheets, reflection prompts, and practice guides for each module. Optional exercises are offered for deeper integration.

🔄 Integration & Follow-up
Light-touch support is provided between sessions via group messaging. A final week is dedicated to reflection and reassessment, helping you internalise what you’ve learned and prepare for your next stage of growth.

This is a coaching program—not therapy. It’s forward-focused, educational, and practical. While therapeutic in effect, it doesn’t diagnose or treat mental illness. Instead, it gives you tools to grow, heal, and take empowered action.

Each session is recorded and shared privately with participants for replay. You’ll also receive the corresponding workbook and can reconnect with the group via messaging.
